Campaign to save lives

The Campaign to Save Lives was created in response to statistics showing that, during the early months of the pandemic in 2020, many people were hesitant to visit the emergency room, even for life-threatening medical problems.

Materials were created and distributed to the community through the TCHC partner organizations to reassure people that the emergency room was safe, and to not neglect their health in the case of an emergency.

A second phase of the campaign encouraged people to keep up with routine healthcare, such as mammograms, prostate exams, mental health and addiction assistance, and other regular preventive health screenings.
